When we head down to Florida this spring, I plan on setting aside some time to check out some of the aspects of WDW that I overlooked on our last trip. At the top of my list–making sure I give Epcot the time it greatly deserves.

This year, we will be lucky to be able to catch Epcot’s International Flower and Garden Festival, which runs from March 4 to May 17.

This annual festival includes highlights such as the Garden Rocks Concert Series (formerly the Flower Power Concert Series), themed garden and topiary displays (rumour has it there will be a Frozen-themed collection), and spectacular outdoor kitchen kiosks across the World Showcase pavilions.

With all of these fun and themed diversions, I have a feeling we’ll be spending a lot of time there!
